Would not recommend. I replaced all of the windows in my first house with North Country Windows. Then moved to a new home and replaced all windows with North Country Windows. Have tried filing 2 claims with them at the second home, only to be told that they will not cover the damage. The first event, was the kitchen window was leaking into the wall and we didn't notice until the drywall started to bulge and crack. Been trying to get a replacement for the damaged window that was installed for nearly 3 years. Finally was told it would be done today by Joe. No show

Waiting to here when the broken window that they installed will be replaced. They never get back to me.

Reported to the Federal Trade Commission for violating the Telemarketing Sales Rule by phoning me even though I've never done business with this business. When I informed the woman who called that it was against the law for her to call me, she said "No it isn't." Time to educate yourself, North Country Windows & Baths: you could be fined up to $40,000 for violating the National Do Not Call Registry.

Business response:

We are very sorry for this inconvenience. All of our lists we purchase from a reputable company scrub them for people on the do not call list which expires every 5 years. If you can leave your name and phone number we would happily remove you from our calling list. Again, we are very sorry for this inconvenience.

Why do you call people who not only have "no soliciting" signs on their door, but are also unlisted and on the do not call registry to try to sell? When has that been a successful business model? My windows are not original and do not need replaced. You've just put your company's name at the top of my "never do business with" list!

Had all my windows replaced with North Country windows a year ago. No change in the utility bills. Was promised they would go down about 1/3.
