Our sales rep Drew did a great job explaining their windows, and the various options, and creating a plan that best worked for us. Then come install time, the install crew was extremely professional. They helped remove difficult window shades and worked quickly, efficiently, and extremely clean as my house looks as if they weren't even there and new windows just appeared. RecommendedWe worked with North Country to replace all the windows on the main level of our home. Our plan originally was to do a few at a time. After the first install and how great the service was, we had them back to finish them all. The quality of these windows is amazing, can’t wait to see what it does for our energy bills. From the salesman to customer service and installation, they were an exceptional company to work with.

RecommendedWe had a great experience with Tony and Jay who installed our windows in our 1903 farmhouse in Platte City MO. The guys were clearly experienced, worked diligently yet were personable during the three day task. There were obstacles with the age of our house; the previous install, but the guys were positive and made it work correctly. We’re happy and will reference NC to others.
