You must remember Patients come first. Called to tell a receptionist that a 74 year patients driver(Madonna Rehab) was lost. The first thing that came out her mouth was we are closing soon, and they would make her sit outside their clinic. It would not hurt to wait a few extra mins to make sure her driver arrived.
