Absolutely the worst experience of any visit I've ever had. Had an appointment where they had taken all of my information before I even showed up. They then ran my insurance that did not go through but instead of telling me that they said nothing against the protocol on the website. They then stuck me with the bill and refuse to do anything to help. It was then sent to collections and I'm now being sued for something they could have prevented. update 10/15/19 - WOW. This place is something else. Called to check what my bill balance was and was told an amount from May (The last statement I received was in May). I informed the woman that’s not correct I’ve made this much more in payments... I was connected to another woman who told me an amount of $20 less, which still wasn’t correct. I had to provide them with my payment receipts and screenshots from my bank account to prove all my payment transactions. Seriously, how does your billing department not have current b... read more
