RecommendedWe had to cancel a Vegas trip in July due to a medical emergency, we literally called from the hospital at 7:00pm the night before a 7:00am flight. The entire staff was extremely understanding and helpful. We expected to lose something due to our short notice. They originally told is we would lose one night payment at the hotel, but they ended up getting us a full refund and vouchers from our airlines. We were very pleased, thanks!
I have contacted them twice about going on trips and literally no one has gotten back to me. Seriously commission and no one has even cared to reached out. Pointless now, I work In social media and told people not to use them and will continue to do so. Disappointed!!!!!
We had problems with this agency from the beginning. We booked our honeymoon over a year ago with them so it would be done and we wouldn't have to worry about it. That way we could focus on our wedding. We were supposed to receive flight information about 4 months out but never did.
