My nephew got there at least 25 minutes before the clinic closed and was told they weren’t accepting more patients. When I called to inquire for the reason and what they do when they get patients, I was told they should go to the ER. The current wait for the amount of patients they have will be past their closing time. The reason for an urgent care is supposed to be for the ER to be able to care for actual emergencies. They have an age limit. Staff is unprofessional.
It was honestly the worst care experience I’ve ever had. I went in for a Covid Test and they would not accept my insurance. “Insurance won’t cover Willy-nilly Covid tests just cause you want one. We’ve never sent in a claim to insurance and we’ve been doing this for a year.” My insurance covers the tests without restrictions, on top of that they were just slow. Wouldn’t recommend in ever.
