this place is sooooo hard to get a hold of anyone to schedule an appt. they are one of the few places that I've found that can do rapid covid testing for travel, and you can't book ahead for an appt for covid testing. you will spend hours trying to get a hold of someone there bc you can't get through. tried calling last week and I FINALLY got through in the afternoon only to be told to call back the day of. well now here I am trying to call again and same problem. We are sorry to hear that you have had trouble getting through to us. The sheer volume of people looking for Covid-19 testing and vaccines have put an incredible amount of strain on our phone system and our staff. As the demand lessens we hope to be able to get back to our normal operations. We used to do appointments several days in advance, but we had a greater than 50% no-show rate, and our appointments for tests were going to waste. We apologize that that makes it less convenient for you.
I went there with a friend I had more knowledge on how to treat them than they did .my friend and both agreed we would never go back.I would much rather stop a a Vet .I know for a FACT you would get better response .Maybe good place for flu shot but that would be about it!!!!!
