RecommendedI took my 5 year old daughter to see Dr. Jake (sorry I can’t remember his last name) for what I thought was a mole. The nurse that was talking to my daughter about Dr. Jake, and she referred to him as “her friend Dr. Jake.” It may not seem like much, but to a 5 year old, it really made her feel more comfortable! Of course the mole had some crazy name, but Jake explained it in a way that a normal person could understand! Great job to everyone!

I have been a patient there since 2019. I requested for my sister in law not be involved in my medical care due to personal family issues she had brought to the work place, where I was also a patient. They stated they could not accommodate my request and terminated me as a patient without any notice. I called the manager who stated it was too much of a burden to accommodate me as a patient. Doctors and nurses are great, back office is awful, unorganized, unhelpful and unable to do their job. Basically, they sent us a bill after our visit which we promptly paid via check. Check cleared. A few weeks later we started getting calls and mail stating we hadn't paid. Wife called half dozen times and they didn't do anything so I started calling over the next 3 months as we'd receive past due notices. I am not happy with the service! You are waiting a long time to get in to the room to see the doctor only to wait another 20 minutes for them to come in. The doctor was with me for less than 10 minutes and I am paying 818.00 plus what my insurance covered! Too much! They are over charging!
