They are very helpful when I drive three hours to get my supplies. When I have items shipped, very fast delivery. Thanks for speedy delivery and prompt service.
shopped for an hour with no help or anyone asking if we needed anything just to get to the register and be told i can’t buy anything because i am not licensed! i only do my own nails and just wanted som nicer polishes so this was frustrating. this should be stated clearly online. waste of time and gas. ended up taking my money somewhere with better prices anyway.
They were so rude and disrespectful me and my mom were just trying to shop in there but then one of the workers he asked if I was a licensed nail tag and I said no, and he said only licensed nail tech can shop here and you have to work at a nail salon, and I have my own business at home And he proceeded to kick us out And then there is these two other Vietnamese women, and they We’re not licensed and he didn’t question them. DO NOT GO HEREEE!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE AS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The employees are extremely rude and not helpful at all! I came here with me and my family just looking for the basic necessities for me to continue practicing. One of the former employees was asking if we were professional and I told her no because I wanted to purchase items from here so I can continue practicing and she proceeded to kick us out and have an attitude with us.
