Highly recommended. The QR code check in system worked great for me personally but I can see how it might confuse some people who are not used to it. The staff is simply amazing and provides great customer service. I was attended to quickly, and the staff did everything needed to ensure I was well taken care of. That's why my family always chooses Midlands Urgent Care for any urgent medical needs. I couldn't be happier or more grateful for such wonderful people and skilled doctors!
Highly recommend this place. We took our toddlers here on a Sunday afternoon with suspected ear infections after the 1st place we looked at couldn’t get them in for five hours. There was luckily no wait here and we were checked in right away and I just had to fill out a few consent forms and upload my drivers license and insurance card. Had to break up a dog fight and got bit in the process. The clinic was near closing time but they got me in and Dr Moon and her Team were absolutely amazing. So kind & thorough. They got me in and out with everything I needed to avoid any future infection as well. The clinic charged $555 alone for a single visit and then excessively charged for an influenza test. The only reasonably priced service was a strep test. Despite having BCBS, the upcharges of this clinic were absurd and the service was sub-par. Easy to tell when workers are dismissive and ready for their Friday night.
