They wouldn't unlock the door in the middle of the day to let me in until I removed my glasses. My glasses are prescription, and I'm fairly certain you can't refuse service to someone for using a medical aid.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been a loyal member, but when my debit card was compromised and my accounts were drained, Metro Credit Union completely turned their back on me. They denied my fraud claim, insisting it was me just because of a 'chip read,' even though I had my card in my possession the entire time. Worse than the theft is their customer service. Metro used to be an amazing credit union. Customer service is not so good, to where I have to only speak with management. It's time to consider other options been with this bank for many years. At some branches workers are not approachable ( nice), on the phone they are worse. I believe it's time to move on. It's a shame when you're with a bank for many years and it's employees run customers away.

I’ve been with metro for years &!The only thing they are good for is a car loan other than that I wouldn’t open my dog a bank account there. No one is helpful whenever I call or seems to know anything. ONCE AGAIN THIS BANK HAS DISAPPOINTED ME! Conveniently after over a year or maybe two my courtesy pay was turned back on without my permission and I was forced to pay the amount when my account went negative I don’t keep many funds in this account because I don’t trust it anymore I’ll take my hundred thousands of dollars elsew... read more
