First, I have been a customer at Metro since 1997 even though I have lived 50 miles away the entire time. I have used Metro to buy 3 cars, a home, and take out a home equity line of credit (HELOC). I can't recommend Jemar Berry at Metro Credit Union enough! This is my second auto loan with him, and once again he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and always kept me updated throughout the financing process for my 2020 GMC Yukon. Personal Banker, Andres Jimenez (AJ) was awesome to work with. I'm not too computer savy and he was very patience helping me work the the digital signing of our loan docs. The low fixed rate of 3.99% was too good to be true but setting up our automatic payments made this rate possible. I will seek out Metro Credit Union for my future products when needed. Thanks AJ!

I have been w/ Metro for roughly 10 years and have nothing but good things to say about every experience I've had- whether it was in person, through the app, over the phone, you name it. Caleb K in the auto loan department has been ESPECIALLY helpful in 2 separate vehicle purchases; he made the application process quick, smooth, and easy to understand! Will be continuing to bank w/ Metro for the foreseeable future and utilize them for future endeavors!
