They closed my account of 16 years because of my account being negative for 45 days and not being able to reach me on the phone. I talked with a representative prior about my mom passing and that’s why I wasn’t able to make it to the bank. Regardless they still closed my account without my consent. Now I have no way of making payments into my credit card virtually because they closed my checking. Then the teller asked me if I wanted to pay the $69.99 to reopen another account with them. Do not come to this location. I love metro credit union, but this specific location was very unpleasant to be in. No customer service whatsoever, and came across many difficulties here. The employee, named Mohamed was very rude and very unfriendly, didn’t even speak to me at all. He looked like he didn’t want to attend me. Maybe he was Racist? I have zero clue why he acted like that. But this is just a heads up for anyone who is thinking of coming here.

I’ve been with metro for years I’ve even had a car loan here I love my bank but the Caucasian middle aged lady with the blonde ish hair that is slightly heavier up top was very rude , her demeanor was if she did not want to serve me which is sad she doesn’t have people skills and depending on what you look like she will most certainly treat you differently. I've been a member here for years thought things were good until today. I do business regularly with them but have some concerns as of recent. I would like management to reach out to me and address those concerns. Will update review upon further experience!

Always have a good experience here, but had to come in today , you could of swear the men thought I was gonna rob the bank, cold outside plus I had put my medical mask on, I walk up he was looking and staring,didn't even say how may I help trying to get conformationif I should take off my mask......mind u I'm sick and have on a mask from a hospital... first one there ever one else was in and out........ nov 26th around 230pm the only msle working , name Mohammad
