Metro Credit Union is the best, and has the best people working at them. I have been a member since 1975. Awesome Credit Union!
I have 4 different bank accounts in multiple banks, this is by far the worst bank in Omaha, the fact that they don't open tell 9 is pretty pathetic, half of there locations are closed or The lobby isn't open and then some like on 108th and Maple there is no drive threw. They hold your checks even if your a customer that's been gong here for 15+ years. They fees are insane. Elkhorn is a great branch to visit! Personal banking is always available due to having 2 virtual banking offices accessible during lobby hours for any account/loan questions. Staff is welcoming and ready to help with any banking needs.
In person walk in. Very friendly and professional staff. From desk gentleman was communicative and very helpful. Ryan Branch Manager was very good at communicating and responding my questions on things I didn’t know about. He’s very knowledgeable. This place has great people working here.!!
Highly do not recommend this credit union. High interest rates. I have an amazing credit score as well.
