I was introduced to Carpetland by an employee at Floor and Decor, as they no longer stocked the specific product I required. Upon entering Carpetland, I was promptly assisted by Mr. Luke Anderson. Horrible experience(s)! I put everything I had into opening a store front and had the vinyl plank put in by Carpetland. When they initially installed the flooring, they put it the wrong direction, which I was able to look past, however the edge of all of the flooring was uneven and showing the concrete beneath it and some areas were popping up. They sent a so called "expert" out to fix all of the areas which took him an entire day, and he ended up having to come back the next day. The entire time he had only what I could pr... read more
We would definitely be repeat customers! Doug was so great to work with and really listened to us when we told him what we wanted! Their customer service is top notch and they have great prices as well!
I wish I could remember the gentleman that was so AWESOME taking on us. He knows his product and Great on helping us. We bought from him and definitely will buy with him again
I could not recommend Carpet Land any less. Communication was basically non existent, I had to CONSTANTLY call for updates as they wouldn't update me otherwise. If I could give zero stars, I would. They pushed off initial install by 2 weeks because pieces were broken, even though the tile arrived at their store over a week before initial install date. Once they did come to install (showed up at 4PM instead of 8AM like expected), they tore up out existing tile (almost the full 1st floor) and only then we found out we had the ... read more
