Sam has been so wonderful to work with! He has worked with me with payments and is always very kind. He checks in and remembers things about your life and makes it feel like he’s there to help and you aren’t just another number. I have kept my storage unit at this location because Sam always looks out for you
Sam @Armor storage Twin City has been the absolute BEST so incredibly fantastic to me with my government job first shutting down and then the RIF in place. Working with me so I keep all my whole entire Life stuffs I have in there instead of just selling to the highest bidder. Renting the unit online (even on a Sunday, in the afternoon) was super easy and the access code with unit # was sent immediately after payment. Also the manager, Sam, called the following day to make sure we got in okay and that we didn't have any questions. 😊
Very hospitable!! Front desk guy was very nice! Dnt like how other ppls belongings block the back tho, not very convenient for the ppl who have storage units back there!!
