My husband and I booked a full body skin check, to be proactive. Rachel R. Person, APRN was lovely! She made a typically awkward, clinical experience warm, light-hearted and simple. The office was great, working with our schedule to find a time that worked for my husband and I, flexing to see us simultaneously so we could make our desired day work. All around, a pleasant experience! We'll be sure to return as needed!
Jake & the Team at Advanced Dermatology of the Midlands are exceptional. Putting patients at ease is equally important in what they do. If something is going to cause discomfort, walking you through the process & continuing to communicate keeps you calm. They are great at all aspects of the process. Thank you!
Abbey Christiansen was amazing with my 7 year old! She made us feel very comfortable and she treated my nervous little one like her own person. She talked to her, explained treatment options to her and listened to her. My daughter has been dealing with her skin condition for about 3 years now and other treatments have not worked. Abbey gave us 3 different options to treat and made sure she thoroughly explained all of them to us. I highly recommend this office!
The staff was quite efficient and friendly from check-in all the way through the appointment. I even had a student for my examine. Lindsay correctly identified the 3 spots on my head, one being a wart! Jake came in confirming her diagnosis and froze the 3 spots. I was very pleased with the appointme t!
Dr. Jake Ridder took time to discuss my issues with skin conditions. He is well aware of what is going on. He is there to help patients. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
