Jordan is hands down one of the best pest control technicians we’ve had. He is extremely detailed and always makes sure everything is done correctly before he leaves. Every visit, he takes the time to ask if I’ve noticed any problem areas and addresses them right away, which I really appreciate. You can tell he truly cares about doing a thorough job and providing great service. It gives me peace of mind knowing my home is in such good hands. Highly recommend!
I have been using ABC since I bought my house 2 years ago. They were recommended to me by my sister, who also uses them. I have been very pleased with the service. I rarely see bugs in my house, and if something does get in, which is usually in the basement, it dies quickly. It's so nice not to worry about it (my previous apartment had bad spiders, and I lived somewhere else with ants, and I really hate dealing with that stuff). ABC Termite & Pest Control is the best of its kind in Omaha. They have always been responsive, quick and accurate from the start. The estimate I received was reasonable and there have not been any changes nor questions re: the cost. The ladies in the office, one of the owner’s son and Aaron all are very courteous and profession. I love to see Aaron on service day. I found ABC Termite & Pest Control because they came highly recommended on my local NextDoor App. I recently built a new home and was experiencing a lot of giant spiders and huge crickets outside from the neighboring fields. They were very responsive and sent Ryan Ross out a couple days later. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
